Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Participant-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date of the service, session, course, or workshop to be considered for rescheduling or refund eligibility.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@beetiplearning.com and must include the participant’s full name, registered email address, and transaction reference details.

Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for refunds and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
1.2 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled service, session, or program without prior written cancellation will be treated as a no-show.

No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
1.3 Beetip Learning-Initiated Cancellations

Beetip Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, facilitator unavailability, or technical issues.

In such cases, participants will be offered either:

Rescheduling to a future date, or
-
A full refund for the affected service
-
This will constitute full settlement of any related claims.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are eligible only if submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

The service has not commenced, and
-
Access to learning materials, recordings, or sessions has not been provided

No refunds will be issued once:

A session has begun
-
Digital materials have been accessed or delivered
-
Any part of the service has been consumed

2.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Beetip Learning is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.
2.3 EMI and Third-Party Payment Transactions

Refunds for EMI or third-party payment options are governed by the respective payment provider’s policies.

Any interest, processing fees, or charges levied by the issuing bank or payment provider are non-refundable.
2.4 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided for:

Discounted, promotional, or bundled offerings
-
Partially completed services or programs
-
Missed sessions or personal scheduling conflicts
-
Services purchased with explicit non-refundable terms
Administrative or processing charges, where applicable, may be deducted from approved refunds.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases such as medical emergencies or significant unforeseen personal situations, participants may submit a written request for review along with supporting documentation.

Approval of such requests is entirely at the discretion of Beetip Learning.

Submission of documentation does not guarantee approval or refund.
3.1 Rescheduling Policy

Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original start date.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and program capacity.
-
Rescheduled services may not be eligible for subsequent refunds.
