1. Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery Only)
Beetip Learning offers digital educational services and content only.
No physical goods are sold or shipped.
All services, programs, and materials are delivered electronically through one or more of the following:

Beetip Learning platform

Email communication
-
Secure third-party learning or hosting platforms
As no physical shipping is involved, shipping charges do not apply.
1.1 Delivery of Digital Services and Content

Access to digital services or materials is typically provided after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery may include access credentials, links, or instructions sent via email or platform login.

In some cases, access may be granted at a scheduled start date, which will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
If there is an unexpected delay in access, users will be notified via email.
2. Exchange and Transfer Policy
Due to the nature of digital content and services, traditional exchanges are not applicable. However, the following limited provisions apply:
2.1 Course or Program Transfer Requests

Transfer requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

The service has not commenced, and

Access to content or sessions has not been used

Transfer requests are subject to availability and approval.

If the new service is priced higher, the price difference must be paid.

If the new service is priced lower, the price difference will not be refunded.
2.2 Content Upgrade Requests

Users may request upgrades or additions to their existing enrollment, such as enhanced access or additional materials.

Upgrades may require additional payment depending on the scope of the request.

Approval of upgrades is subject to availability and platform capability.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Digital services or content once access has been provided

Services that have commenced or been partially used

Discounted, promotional, or bundled offerings

Services explicitly marked as non-refundable or non-transferable
4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
In limited cases such as technical errors during purchase or access-related issues attributable to the platform, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of any exception is at the sole discretion of Beetip Learning.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, exchange, or refund.
